You did a great job on your Aloha Restorartion! Yesterday, I just drug home a 1963 (I think)12' Aloha Travel Trailer. It's a project for sure! Photos like yours will be very helpful for me, not to mention inspirational! The bed/dinette area was stripped, but I managed to salvage most of the parts, so I'm pretty sure I know how it goes. What I don't know is what is above the dinette area. On one side I see a piece of wood and it looks like the WAS one on the other side - maybe there was like a shelf for storage - it's too small of an area to be a bunkbed. My trailer is much smaller than yours, so yours might not have that, it looks like yours might have aregular cabinet. I'm excited because my cabinet handles are the same, so I think they're original. My door is amess and that has me a little intimidated, but the cosmetic stuff, I think I can do myself. I'll have to sand and stain - any recommendations? I have to have a couple windows replaced, I was hoping to just drag it to a glass shop. The door, I just don't know how to fix or replace that.

I tried to research Aloha Trailers, but didn't have much luck. Do you know anything about them.

Any suggestions would be helpful. I can send you pix of my BEFORE trailer.

Again - beautiful job!

Allison

I can tell you that the Aloha travel trailer was built in Aloha, Oregon (Beaverton) and was at its livliest in the 1960's and 1970's..more info available though not much.

I have just acquired a 1961 12' Aloha, which is missing the globe for the gas light(Sun Lite model). The only replacement that seems to be available is the Humphrey globe with top opening 3.25, where the fitting in my Aloha measures 3.75, though there is an inner holding wire that measures 3.25 in relaxed mode. Does anyone know if the 3.25 Humphrey globe will fit the gas light in my 1961 Aloha?

I have a 1956 15 ft. aloha camper that has been mostly renovated except for exterior paint and a the front door.
Any ideas as to its value?
